Fixed an issue where switching between chats while multiple conversations were processing could show incorrect loading indicators. Previously, the loading spinner would appear in any open chat if any conversation was receiving a response — even ones running in the background. Now, loading states are tracked per-session, so the spinner only shows when the chat you're currently viewing is actively streaming a response. This means you can freely switch between conversations without seeing misleading loading states.
